Coastal Cabo Frio Upwelling Plankton community analyzed with flow cytometry, FlowCam and fluorescent microscopy

Plankton assemblages were surveyed using standard nets (WP2) in a fixed station in the Cabo Frio upwelling region (Brazil). Plankton samples were taken with 100um at sub-surface (~1 meter) and analyzed with flowcytometry, flowcam, and fluorescent microscopy.
