Data from the MNHN Fish Collection

The MNHN fish collection database GICIM include all the data from the MNHN collection on actinopterygians and Chondrichthyes store in the MNHN from 1750. This collection include specimen from all over the world. It includes many type specimen use to describe new species. The MNHN fish collection is one of the biggest collection in the world. The data are provide to the GBIF, FishBase and other major international databases (2022-01-18). This dataset is an overview of the fish collection data on the 1rst January 2022 (2022-02-01)
