Metabarcode and Digital PCR Assays in the Messinian Straight and Northern Corsica: hunting swordfish reproduction

In the framework of the Gen&Rec project, we gathered environmental DNA from seawater filtered on 0.22um capsules during the reproductive season in the Messinian Straight and Northern Corsica. In Corsica, we also sampled eDNA during fall to obtain a reference baseline when we are confident no reproduction takes place.
