Ce projet porte sur une analyse de 4 métagénones à partir d'une même carotte sédimentaire (CSF19, campagne PAMELA MOZ04, 2015) afin de mettre en évidence les potentialités métaboliques de représentants méthanogènes incultivés et affiliés au phylum Bathyarchaeota.
